My case was handled by Wichert. I am an ICT expat who owns a B.V and haven't finished five years in the Netherlands. In first place , couple of banks were not positive to offer me a mortgage as I dont own a permanent residence ( on top this its during COVID crisis ) . Wichert has taken this as a challenge an has spoken to several leads and finally ABN came forward to offer me a mortgage on few specific conditions. I was glad that I have satisfied all those conditions. But, that was not an easy ride and I want to hugely compliment his support as it has involved lot of supporting documents and narratives.
