Friendly and patient.
It is somewhat more difficult to explain the Dutch mortgage system to foreigners, and they did well, and took the time to do so. Looks like my mortgage is properly set up, even though it is obvious they are not independent from financial companies they deal with, especially for insurances. In brief, you need to be careful if you do not want to pay too much, but solutions proposed are ok.
