The communication from the financial adviser, as a bridge between the bank and us, was very clear. We were caught up in a very difficult situation due to an temporary lack of proper identification. However, the financial adviser helped in postponing/re-arranging the deal all in a good manner.
I would expect to have more contact with the financial adviser since in my cases, most of the communication was done by the assistant. Although I am grateful for the professional services I received from the assistant, I still would have sorted out some of my questions more efficiently if I could speak to my adviser more often.
