We were truly interested in a house that we saw and we received since day one useful advice on what to ask, what to look for, what to take in consideration.
During the process we run into several problems due to the sellers and every time Alfred and his team worked very hard to solve the issue in our favor and to bring us to the point of closing the deal.Even more, they answered our questions promptly, clearly. We as expat we do not understand some processes and they answered every time and explained the steps that need to be done.
I highly recommend working with him as he managed to solve every issue that pop out!
