The advice was OK, I wanted to lower my monthly bruto payments and I got it. However I also wanted to prepay another credit with the surplus value of my property and this didnt happen because the calculations that were given to me did not turn out to be accurate once they were re-calculated by the notary. There was a component of uncertainty in the simulations that were shared with me and this uncertainty was not explained to me during the advice meetings.
