I had very bad experience with Zeker Hypotheken. The communication was incredibly bad. I hardly was able to reach him. usually it took me 2 days to get in touch with him, he did not pick up phone, did not answer messages and emails. He lied a lot about what he had done. 2 times we almost paid a penalty of 50000 euros. 1 week before the end date the advisor stopped responding at all and 1 day before the end of the contract he handed over my case to his colleague who did not have enough time to do anything. As a result I had to cancel the deal myself with a help of lawyer as I was not able to get prompt response from anybody. They did not give any excuses or explanation about why my case was handled like this and just stopped responding on my calls and emails. I would strongly not recommend anybody to work with this company.
