Guido was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Being new to the Netherlands we were particularly happy to find someone who was willing and able to help us navigate the country's financial system (in English) and find us the best deal possible. We don't take this for granted. He took the time to explain all aspects of the mortgage process to us. He was patient with us and incredibly efficient, helping us close on a house in record time.
