This was probably the best client service that we have experienced in the Netherlands so far. We had quite a unique situation when applying for our mortgage: we were both on temporary contracts and we had been in the Netherlands for less than a year. Even after our own bank was not willing to help us, Klaas Ozinga at De Hypotheker Den Haag worked his magic and within a few weeks, our mortgage was secured. Although Klaas must have had quite a few clients at the time, our application was handled meticulously, with care and precision. Being expats, most formal processes are new and unknown to us.
