My wife and I bought a house in Den Haag in July 2017. The advisor was recommended to us after our previous mortgage advisor had been unable to secure a mortgage for us. We first met him 6 days before the expiry of the financial clause (that had already been extended twice and had no prospect of a further extension). He was the last chance that we had to secure the house before it fell through. He had a direct line to the mortgage department at ABNA AMRO (as well as other banks) that he used to give us a very quick and honest assessment and advice. Ultimately he achieved in 6 days what our previous advisor had not managed in 2 months. We genuinely credit the fact that we are living where we are to him. He also has a very useful partnership with some excellent real estate agents (RM Wonen) who have an office next door who also represented us. They made a fantastic team. I would recommend him unreservedly.
