He and his assistant Ms. Scheurs assembled the needed information on my financial situation before the initial on-line interview began, used a screen shot of the written summary constructed they constructed and asked me the key questions needed to complete the information and explained to me what my options were. His English was both fluent and personable and his explanations personable and precise. I had a lot of nervous follow-up questions anyway that were handled with the same combination of patience and precision by Ms.Scheurs. I am confident that the option they recommended was the correct one for me.
