Marcel Soek along with his assistant Engelien Schreurs were extremely efficient in handling our mortgage. We recently purchased our first home in NL and Marcel and Engelien helped us along the way. Marcel understood our needs and put forth correct options for us to choose from. Since we were new to NL, unfamiliar with the systems here, we had many queries and had to get his appointment a few times more than probably his usual clients. It was not a problem at all.
Engelien too was very efficient with all the paperwork and follow up. She was thorough in her work and quick with her responses.
Finally all was arranged in time and to our satisfaction.
