We only have good things to say about De Hypotheekshop Leiden Oost. My wife and I are just a year old in the Netherlands and were absolutely new to the purchase process for a house in Leiden and as expats. we were quite nervous as well. Because of assistance from De Hypotheekshop, our experience was very smooth and effortless. We found them approachable and responsive, whenever required. Most of our interactions were with John van Overloop who was extremely polite and helpful with the whole process and patiently assisted us with our questions and doubts through the entire process. We are lucky to have got in touch with them at the right time and were able to get everything done sooner than we expected.
