As an expat living in the Netherlands for 9 months, I chose to work with Youri. In our first meeting, he said he would help with the whole process and he did. Since I don't have my own real estate agent, he took a look at the contract, arranged everything such as valuation, notary, translator and provided detailed information about mortgage. The mortgage process went very smoothly.
Additionally, Youri's assistant Ceyda responded quickly to all my questions and collecting documents was very easy.
