Mischa has been very handy and helpful.
The back office request a lot of documents and gave me a lot of updates. So it happened that i missed something.
I would suggest to use WhatsApp maybe for important notifications and please make the website in English as well. Unfortunately my dutch is pretty poor like many others. It would be easier to follow everything
