Unfortunately, the advisor failed to inform us over some details. We needed to stop our auto lease and the cost should have been included in the asked hypotheek increase since this was a large amount that we couldn't afford immediately. Advisor informed us that everything would be paid and we wouldn't have to worry about anything. When we went to the notaris we figured out that we had to pay the auto lease cost (for stopping earlier) ourselves and that wasn't included in the calculations at all. Advisor simply expected us to know all insides and outs of how hypotheek system works and guess ourselves that we might had to pay some additional cost. He even mentioned that in that case we should have asked for a higher amount for the hyptheek. At the end we had to break the agreement and the hypotheek amount had to be increased. That cost us additional time. Overall we expected to have correct information and good service for the price we paid for this advise (3600 Euros).
