We had an extremely positive experience with Olaf and the staff at the office. Our was a very peculiar situation (I recommend all the expats to ask them an advice), and he was able to convince the bank that they were erroneously refusing our application due to their wrong way to make calculations!! and finally we got it...so, what else...super! also very helpful in giving advices on insurances on the house (and also your car or whatever you will ask) that might be helpful in theprocess of buying a house.
