Initially I had tough discussion with the consultant, but later as we talked more, she started understand my situation and was more helpful. She helped me in understanding about swcond mortgage and also about insurance policies. She spends time in making the customer understand what they are doing. She also like to spend time with the customer and takes interest in personal life of a customer.
