Misleading and negligent
*** likes to pretend he's helpful. He's not. In fact, his advice is misleading and his handling of our business was negligent.
We had to take out a life insurance with Florius as part of our mortgage deal.
When we finished paying our mortgage, *** neglected to tell us we needed a special letter to end the life insurance.
He then claimed we should have thought of that ourselves, as if we could have known a special, obscure document is required rather than just tell the insurance we no longer need their policy.
I do not recommend *** services.
