Denise was very attentive to my needs and was always helpful in answering my questions, guiding me through the process and giving me advises. She timely provided helpful detailed review of purchase contract. This enabled me to ask relevant questions at the deal and to feel myself comfortable during signing the papers.

I didn’t take entirely proposed service at Libero aankoop, only the valuation and tech inspection were arranged.

As a matter of improvement, I would suggest to put more attention from Libero to the quality and timelines of the services, provided by other contractors (e.g. taxation). While it’s not possible to influence their timing it is possible to keep communication with them and manage customers expectations better. I could not plan my appointments at the bank because BenS Makelaars valuators did not provided the report on promised date and didn’t respond to my emails for a long time.

Consider also giving advice in English, for example for extra fee.
