Excellent professional and human service, from start to finish.
After trying to buy a house without a makelaar we were losing out on appointments and bids. After speaking with a number of makelaars we chose Zigt for a couple of reasons; Their reach into the markets we were looking for and the knowledge and personality of Carola. Professional and very enjoyable to work with, Carola guided us through the highs and lows of the house buying process with an unending energy and a very keen eye on details that we would have missed in the homes we saw together. Overall, the benefit of having Carola (and the rest of the Zigt team) on our side was invaluable in the process of securing our home. Not only for the viewings, but for guiding us through the Dutch house buying process once our offer was accepted. Every question we had was answered quickly and thoroughly (we had a LOT), house values were discussed with an honest and open approach and the mortgage guidance was very comprehensive. Working with Carola and Zigt took a lot of the stress and anxiety out of the house buying process and I wish we had engaged with them earlier!
