Although we faced many issues during the bank loan application process, he helped us with document submissions and facilitated more communication with the loan officers. Ultimately, we were able to successfully complete the application before the deadline. However, I recommend allowing more time for loan applications when buying a house, as expats may encounter additional uncertainties when applying for loans in the Netherlands.
