Going back to Michael was an obvious choice for me as my experience with him during my 1st house purchase was awesome. And after the 1st house purchase, he assisted me on the insurance part too.
He gave me perfect advice around the mortgage, bidding price etc., explained about the risks and also stopped me when the risks were too high for a bidding.
He can be trusted for his timely and accurate advice. He showed options and also explained on why one was the best and ensured that we were completely ok before he proceeded further.
He is always reachable and responds back immediately to our queries and concerns. Apart from the Mortgage part, he helped me out on the negotiations and handling discussions with the selling makelaars and that worked to my complete satisfaction.
